​TMP Development Services INC., is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that aims to aid others in discovering their best self, through personal and career development, coaching and training opportunities. Our cornerstone program, The Manhood Project, has offered mentoring and small group coaching support for young men throughout the city of Detroit and surrounding areas since 2012. Today, we support over 200 youth annually through our direct programming and extended services.
